Paydash is designed specifically for Mindbody studios running commission-based payroll. It's not a generic payroll tool—it's built for your exact workflow. This is an early pilot, so you'll be working directly with me to make sure it actually solves your problem.
Yes. Paydash uses OAuth to connect to Mindbody (the same way apps like QuickBooks and Zoom connect). We don't store your Mindbody password, and all data is encrypted. We only access the data needed to calculate commissions—class schedules, attendance, and sales.
No. Paydash is read-only. It pulls data from Mindbody but never modifies your schedule, sales, or client records.
Yes. There's no cost to join the pilot. In exchange for free access, we ask for honest feedback about what works and what doesn't. After the pilot ends, we'll offer continued access at a monthly rate (which we'll discuss with you first).
You can cancel anytime. If Paydash doesn't work for you during the pilot, just let us know. No strings attached.
During the pilot, we recommend running Paydash alongside your current process for at least one pay period so you can verify the numbers. If you find an error, we'll fix it immediately—and that's exactly the kind of feedback we need during the pilot.
